About the Role:
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key executive leader, responsible for the company's financial strategy, performance, and overall business operations. This role demands a strategic and business-minded individual with a strong background in manufacturing. The CFO will work closely with the President and executive leadership to provide financial insight and guidance that supports profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term business objectives. Key responsibilities include executive financial leadership, accounting and financial reporting, cash and capital management, and oversight of HR, order entry, and site furnishing functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years' of progressive financial experience, and a proven track record in a senior financial leadership position. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for a CPA or MBA. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in accounting and finance, including significant leadership responsibility, is required. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, budgeting, and analysis, as well as experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Key skills include the ability to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, and to provide executive oversight of financial and operational functions. The CFO must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to identify and manage financial risks, and to drive financial performance throughout the organization.
