Key Responsibilities: Turn rough ideas into testable videos within days, focusing on rapid production and iteration Write hooks and scripts, utilizing gameplay and AI-generated material to create compelling video content Analyze video performance metrics to inform future content creation and enhance engagement strategies

Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in video editing or content production, preferably in gaming or performance marketing Proficiency with AI tools for video, image, and voice generation Experience creating video content for paid social media channels with knowledge of platform specifications Strong ability to generate original ideas and scripts independently Familiarity with sound editing, royalty-free music libraries, and basic color correction techniques
