This hands-on internship is designed for a college student or recent graduate looking to gain practical HR experience in a fast-paced agricultural and packing environment. The intern will work closely with employees, supervisors, managers, and the HR team, supporting seasonal workforce from immediately after graduation through August 21, 2027.
