Logistic Operations Manager*in

Your Mission: Responsibility for defined logistics locations in Germany as well as the achievement and continuous improvement of relevant logistics KPIs, e.g. lead times, loading performance, punctuality, inventory accuracy, and error rates. Disciplinary and functional leadership of the shipping or loading staff at the locations. Development, introduction, and site-wide further development of standards and best practices to optimize our logistics processes. Control of cost development as well as responsibility for the logistics budget of the locations you are responsible for. Ensuring the consistent implementation of all requirements for load securing at the locations you are responsible for. Responsibility for inventory management including planning, organization, and execution of inventories. Close and proactive cooperation with relevant interface areas to ensure smooth operations and continuous process optimization.

What You Bring: Several years of professional experience in the warehouse and logistics industry as well as first or comprehensive leadership experience in the logistics environment (preferably experience in a manufacturing company and responsibility for several logistics locations).Proven experience in leading employees, especially in complex or matrix-organized structures. Good knowledge of SAP MM and SAP SD as well as a confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point. Analytical thinking and the ability to critically question existing processes and sustainably optimize them. Structured, independent, and organized working method combined with a high quality standard. High willingness to travel for regular visits and the operational support of the locations you are responsible for.
