Enterprise Applications Support Engineer (iManage) | Up to 150k | Fully Remote in CT, DC, FL, IL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, RI, VT, VAHybrid in Boston, New York or Washington DC (2 days onsite per week).

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, support and enhance iManage and other legal business applications.
- Participate in the migration of iManage from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues and proactively minimise downtime.
- Plan, execute and support application upgrades, patches and new feature deployments.
- Create and maintain testing, regression and post-upgrade support procedures.
- Develop SQL queries, reports and data extracts for operational and business requirements.
- Work directly with vendors on escalations, upgrades and technical improvements.
- Support server-side application components, not just desktop deployments.
- Assist with broader IT projects across the enterprise applications environment.
- Essential Requirements
- Strong iManage administration and support experience
- Experience within a legal environment.
Desirable Skills: Aderant experience.iManage Cloud migration experience.
Location:
Fully remote in the following states: CT, DC, FL, IL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, RI, VT, VAIf you are less than 50 miles to the following cities, the role is 2 days onsite per week, Boston, New York or Washington DC.Salary$85,000 - $150,000 + bonus + potential sign-on incentive.
