Senior Digital Project Manager

Job Summary: We are supporting a search for a Senior Project Manager to help coordinate a major corporate website transformation program. This position will bring structure to cross-functional work, keep stakeholders aligned, and help move decisions, dependencies, and deliverables forward through launch.

Responsibilities: Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and decision calendar. Coordinate stakeholders across Corporate Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Global Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Web Technology teams, and agency partners. Facilitate working sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional check-ins; document decisions, actions, and owners. Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while preparing concise status updates and decision materials for program leaders and steering groups.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience, Associate’s degree and 12 years of experience, Master’s degree and 5 years of experience, or Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience. Experience managing complex, cross-functional digital, web, technology, or communications programs. Strong facilitation, organization, stakeholder-management, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating agencies or vendors, managing project plans and RAID logs, and preparing executive status reports. Ability to quickly comprehend and articulate technical problems and devise creative solutions. Business-savvy approach with the ability to work across seniority levels and functions in a fast-paced environment.
