BCBA/BCaBA Supervisor

Mountainside Behavior Analysis Services, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Supervisor to join our leadership team! The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, a passion for mentorship, and a commitment to partnering with families. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight of individualized treatment programs while supporting and developing members of our clinical team.

Develop, implement, and monitor ABA interventions. Review client data and progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision and support to an assigned caseload of clients and staff. Mentor and support RBTs, BCaBAs, BCBA candidates, and BCBAs through supervision and feedback. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers. Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical and organizational development.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, and treatment methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience providing supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance is preferred. Commitment to ethical practice, quality care, and positive outcomes for clients and families.
