Lead Turf & Grounds Manager - Soccer Field Ops

Orlando City SC is seeking a Turf & Grounds Manager to oversee the maintenance of four natural grass fields at the Orlando Health Training Grounds, Osceola Heritage Park. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure field readiness for MLS and MLS Next events. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in grounds maintenance with leadership experience and can obtain a Florida pesticide license. Flexible hours and ability to work outdoors are required.
