Paralegal - Real Estate Title & Litigation Support

Land Title is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Colorado Legal Department, supporting litigation, eDiscovery, subpoenas, and complex real estate transactions. The role interfaces with operations, underwriting, risk teams, and outside counsel to resolve curative title issues and manage escrow/1031 exchanges. You will handle title curative work, document drafting, and diligent tracking of deadlines while supporting fraud risk and regulatory compliance initiatives.
