The Polaris Consulting Group of OK is looking for a driven and ambitious Entry Level Account Executive to join our growing team in Norman, OK. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct outreach and face-to-face meetings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio
- Present and promote client products and services to prospective customers
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and campaign execution
- Track and manage leads, accounts, and sales activity
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- No prior sales experience required — full training provided
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Norman, OK
