Saber Community Support and Development Office seeks an Employment Attorney to serve as the strategic legal advisor on labor and employment matters, providing counsel on EEOC, wage-and-hour, and union issues while ensuring regulatory compliance. Working alongside the General Counsel, Human Resources, and operations, you will identify legal risks and deliver practical business solutions, support policy development, and drive workforce initiatives in a regulated healthcare environment.
