Founding Chief Legal Officer – Securities & Crypto

USSE is seeking a seasoned securities lawyer to build the legal department from the ground up as Chief Legal Officer. You will own securities and capital formation, including planned private token offering and equity financings, and oversee compliance, governance, and privacy. You will be the senior legal authority, coordinating with regulators, investors, and external counsel while shaping the company's future in a live on-chain platform environment.
