This individual will serve as a key resource for identifying opportunities to leverage technology, workflow optimization, and emerging AI capabilities to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, improve user experience, and strengthen data-driven decision-makingRESPONSIBILITIESSupport and continuously improve HR technology platforms including HRIS/HCM, applicant tracking, learning management, performance management, service delivery, and employee experience solutionsIdentify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives utilizing workflow automation, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled solutionsPartner with HR, IT, Finance Systems, and business stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable technology solutionsSupport exploration and implementation of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered assistants, and automation technologies to improve productivity and operational efficiencyAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation, digital workflows, and AI-driven solutionsDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that support organizational decision makingAssist with system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, data validation, and deployment of new system capabilitiesPerform data audits, quality reviews, governance activities, and reporting validation to ensure data integrity and reliabilityDocument business processes, technical workflows, standard operating procedures, and system capabilitiesCollaborate on change management initiatives, user adoption strategies, and training programs related to new technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutionsSupport enterprise initiatives related to digital transformation, operational excellence, process optimization, and innovationMonitor emerging HR technology, AI, automation, and analytics trends and recommend opportunities for business applicationQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience supporting enterprise software platforms, business systems, HR technology, workflow automation, analytics, or process improvement initiativesStrong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and leverage emerging technologiesExperience working with structured and unstructured data, reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence platformsKnowledge of process mapping, process redesign, workflow optimization, or continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Power Platform, API integrations, automation tools, or similar technologies preferredExposure to Generative AI technologies including Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, AI-assisted workflow automation, or enterprise AI platforms is strongly preferredStrong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretionFeatured BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance is offered to qualified candidates.
