Senior Plant Reliability & Controls Lead

Entergy is seeking an experienced engineer/technician to develop, implement, and manage improvement projects aimed at enhancing reliability, efficiency and safety of the plant. The role covers plant, plant support, or fleet maintenance environments. You will conduct root cause analysis, provide technical support, monitor performance data, and lead complex projects while coordinating with maintenance, outage teams, and IT. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
