Job Description:
We are seeking a W-2, part-time Licensed Counselor based in Florida to provide in-person counseling and staff clinical supervision. The counselor will serve mixed populations, including adults, couples, and families, with a gradually increasing caseload and the potential to transition into a full-time counseling and supervision position.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual counseling to adults, couples, and families.
Manage a gradually increasing client caseload.
Provide staff clinical supervision.
Develop and update treatment plans.
Document client progress in an electronic health record.
Conduct crisis assessments and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Maintain ethical and HIPAA-compliant practices.
Provide services in person.
Preferred Qualifications:
Entry-level experience in professional counseling.
Experience with individual counseling, clinical supervision, treatment planning, and case management.
Knowledge of crisis intervention and clinical documentation.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
Strong active listening and communication skills.
