Remote Travel Support Representative

Responsibilities: Assist clients with travel inquiries and general trip information. Help coordinate travel reservations, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Communicate with clients by phone, email, and/or messaging. Provide accurate information regarding travel options and policies. Follow up with clients regarding reservations and travel arrangements. Maintain organized records of client requests and reservations. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Stay informed about travel products, destinations, and supplier policies. Protect client information and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications: Strong communication and customer-service skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable using a computer, email, and online booking systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Professional and dependable. Previous customer service, hospitality, travel, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
