Job Duties:
Pick and pull industrial valves, actuators, fittings, and components using packing slips or digital pick tickets. Assemble valve systems, product kits, and actuator assemblies according to wiring harnesses and connect electrical and pneumatic components using engineering drawings. Perform pressure, air-leak, and functional testing to ensure product quality and performance. Troubleshoot assembly issues, maintain equipment, and monitor parts inventory levels. Pack, label, and prepare completed orders for shipment. Inspect finished products for defects, damage, and accuracy before
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements:
Ability to read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and specific assembly instructions. Experience operating standard hand tools and bench-type power or testing equipment. Manual dexterity and capable of adhering strictly to Lean Production and safety protocols. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Fulfillment Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
