Account Specialist-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years) You will have the opportunity to join an innovative digital public affairs team and engage with digital trends, crafting messages that resonate with online audiences and community stakeholders. Your role will encompass traffic management, digital listening, community management, social publishing, and content production. Key Responsibilities Support digital initiatives for energy infrastructure projects through digital listening, community management, social media publishing, and content production. Use project management tools to drive organization, cross-functional collaboration, and timely delivery of digital campaigns. Utilize social media monitoring tools to gather and analyze audience feedback to deliver data-driven insights. Track, categorize, and respond to social media comments, identifying trends, addressing misinformation, and answering questions. Write email and website copy from existing and approved content. Function within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Handle customer requests, complaints, and claims while ensuring compliance with company policies. Process claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree is required. Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of equivalent experience is required. Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills, including Word. Excellent communication and writing skills, organization, focus, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams. A resourceful, innovative, and enthusiastic attitude about social media with a commitment to positively influencing online conversations while pushing back against misinformation.
