Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a professional, reliable CDL Class B Driver to safely operate flatbeds and box trucks for municipal and private waste management operations. You will be responsible for local route driving, transporting cargo, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate box trucks and flatbeds in compliance with DOT regulations.
Follow designated local routes, maintaining accurate trip, load, and vehicle inspection logs.
Load and unload cargo safely; execute manual loading/unloading and heavy lifting as needed.
Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Valid CDL B license (Air Brake endorsement required; Manual Transmission and HazMat endorsements preferred).Proven experience driving heavy-duty commercial trucks (flatbeds/box trucks).Clean driving record with strong defensive driving skills and knowledge of DOT regulations. Ability to handle physically demanding outdoor work and heavy lifting.
