Guaranteed Milestone Pay:
$1,000 signing bonus, $500–$1,000 IVF start fee, $1,500–$2,000 transfer fee, and $200–$300/mo personal allowance.

Basic Requirements:
Female between21 and 42 years oldliving in an eligible US state
Must have birthed at leastone healthy childwho currently lives with you
Smooth pregnancy history with no major medical complications
Non-smoker, drug-free, and healthy BMI (generally under 32)
Financially stable (no non-medical state assistance)
