What You’ll Do:
- Support the growth and development of assigned marketing and sales campaigns
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Assist with customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Build relationships with customers while representing client brands professionally
- Generate sales through retail promotions and marketing campaigns
- Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members and campaign leaders to achieve performance goals
- Support advertising, promotional, and brand awareness initiatives
- Track customer interactions and campaign results
- Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and professional development training
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute in-person marketing and sales strategies designed to increase customer engagement
