Coverage Needed ASAP- Ongoing Schedule Days,7am-7pm Swing 2pm-12am PRN Night 7pm-7am Clinical Details Acute Care 175 Hospital Beds Average Day Census: 16-18 per provider Average Night Census: 6-8admissions + X- coverage Average Day Admits: 8-10 Average Night Admits: 6 Requirements Active TX License Board Certified/ Board Eligible (7 years from residency completion) ACLS Complete admissions Answer cross coverage calls Attend any code blue or rapid response codes called Update Sound Connect and complete all documentation prior to leaving shift Take sign out from departing provider and be available to give sign out to incoming provider EMR Cerner
