3.1 Phillip Lim is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our flagship retail team. This opportunity is well-suited for current interns interested in gaining hands-on experience in a luxury retail environment while contributing directly to the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a personalized and elevated shopping experience for all clients
- Develop a strong understanding of product, brand history, and seasonal collections
- Support visual merchandising and maintain the sales floor to brand standards
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory support, and POS transactions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in fashion, styling, and client engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
