To support the Revenue Cycle Transformation practice, the full-time remote Analytics Consultant will manage client data acquisition, conduct exploratory analysis, and enable solution design through advanced analytics and business intelligence tools.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with client teams to extract and prepare structured data, ensuring quality and alignment for analytics deployment
Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends and deliver insights through dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau
Collaborate with engineering teams to design analytic solutions and coach consulting teams on BI tool functionalityRequired qualifications 5-8 years of relevant analytics experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare-related field
Working knowledge of Epic Clarity database; Clarity/Cogito certification is required
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or technology-related field (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Statistics)
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, and exposure to cloud-based data platforms preferred
