Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

Four-day workweek. Friday off, every week. Dublin, Ohio, in office. We're looking for a senior digital marketer to own a book of client accounts across SEO, AEO, paid media, and content, and to help lead how our agency uses AI to do the work better. You'll take over established client relationships, set the strategy rather than just execute it, and have real influence over how we work. WHAT YOU'LL OWN• Digital strategy and the relationship for an assigned group of clients• Multi-channel programs across SEO, AEO/GEO, Google Ads, and paid social• AEO and GEO work: getting clients cited and recommended inside ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and whatever comes next• A channel or practice area, where you set the standard for how we run it• Mentoring the marketers around you and raising the bar on what shipsTHE AI PART, SPECIFICALLYWe're not looking for someone who's "open to learning AI." We're looking for someone already using it. We build our own internal tooling, and the marketers here work inside AI-assisted systems every day for research, analysis, content, reporting, and QA. If you've been quietly automating your own workflow because the manual version was too slow, you'll fit here. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• 6+ years of digital marketing experience, agency background preferred• Deep SEO and paid media skills, plus a real point of view on how AI search is changing both• Hands-on with AI tools in your daily workflow, not experimenting on the side• Confident client lead who can present strategy and defend a recommendation• Comfortable pulling your own data in GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio Bonus: paid social, email automation, Bright Local/GBP, Hub Spot, schema and structured data, or experience building your own automations.
