Shasta Regional Medical Group, affiliated with Shasta Regional Medical Center, offers incredible opportunities to expand your horizons and be part of a community dedicated to making a difference.ResponsibilitiesThe Hospitalist Coordinator is responsible for managing in patient flow and provider inpatient assignments. The Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and supporting the coding and billing process for the hospitalist as well as managing compliance and timely completion. The Coordinator assists in shift transitioning as well as a hub for hospitalist communication.QualificationsEducation and Work Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent or relevant experience required for all new hires effective April 2014. Knowledge of medical terminology, typing skills, calculator and/or ten-key adding machine. Word processing, spreadsheet experience required. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $26.22.
