Packaging Machine Operator We're hiring a Packaging Machine Operator to run and monitor machinery used to package food products. This role requires following safety standards, conducting quality checks, and maintaining production accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment for consistent performance
- Set up machines based on product specifications and packaging needs
- Perform quality checks to ensure packaging meets standards
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make necessary adjustments
- Log production data accurately and report any discrepancies
- Clean and sanitize equipment in accordance with food safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of machine operation experience in food or manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with packaging processes and equipment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Average Pay Rate: $19 – $21 / Hour
