About the role
Job Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of strong hands-on experience in test automation framework development and maintenance.
- Strong programming experience in at least one language: Java, Python, or C#.Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or equivalent UI automation tools.
- Experience with modern automation frameworks such as Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or similar.
- Strong experience in API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with Git and source-code management.
- Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA processes.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Exposure to performance testing using JMeter or similar tools.
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience with test automation in AWS/Azure/GCP environments.
- Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing / modern QA tools is an advantage
