Operations InternDUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a curious, driven Operations Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship is designed for college students who want hands-on exposure to how a growing insurance organization operates behind the scenesfrom producer onboarding and process improvement to reporting, technology and cross-functional team support. Role responsibilities: Learn how DUAL partners with producers and support the collection, organization, and review of documents needed to do business with DUAL North America. Help build reports, dashboards, and operational metrics that give teams better visibility into progress, trends, and opportunities to improve workflows. Partner with underwriting and operations teams on day-to-day projects, research, and follow-up activities that support efficient business operations. Contribute to process improvement and technology initiatives, including Salesforce-related updates, documentation, and user support. Gain hands-on exposure to how a growing insurance organization operates behind the scenes while building practical business, communication, and problem-solving skills. Participate in team meetings, ask questions, share ideas, and take on additional projects that support the broader Operations team.
Key requirements:
  • Currently studying towards an undergraduate or graduate degree (risk management, business, or a related subject is helpful, but not essential)
  • Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028 Able to organize and prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate clearly and build positive working relationships with a range of people
  • Able to take ownership of tasks, ask questions when needed and follow through on agreed actions.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, with occasional movement in the office to access cabinets and equipment
