Quality Assurance/Training Supervisor

What you’ll do: Lead quality documentation and execution: PPAPs, FAIs, capability studies Build and track KPIs that matter (not vanity metrics) Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D (non-negotiable) Prepare for and support internal and external audits Manage calibration programs and ensure audit readiness Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, reduce defects, and raise the bar What you bring ~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ~5+ years in quality and/or continuous improvement within manufacturing ~ Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (audit experience a plus) ~ Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, capability studies ~ Comfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings ~ Experience with ERP and QMS systems ~ Background working with steel, stainless steel, or aluminum preferred Why this role High-impact, hands-on position in a fast-moving environment Visibility across operations and leadership Relocation assistance available for Columbus, MS If you’re the kind of Quality Engineer who fixes problems instead of documenting them to death, this one’s worth a conversation.
