Strategic Banking Marketing Director

WestStar Bank is seeking a Marketing Director to lead enterprise marketing, branding, and client engagement across channels. You will develop and execute the bank's marketing strategy to support growth, retention, and brand reputation, while guiding governance, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with executive leadership to translate goals into integrated campaigns, oversee digital marketing, PR, events, and sponsorships, and mentor the Marketing Manager.
