What you'll do:
Own projects from preconstruction through closeout: budgets, schedules, buyout, and change ordersLead owner, architect, and hospital facility relationshipsPlan phasing, ICRA, and MEP coordination for work in occupied facilitiesPartner with the Superintendent to deliver safe, high-quality projectsWhat you bringPM experience on healthcare projects, both interior hospital systems and ground-up greenfieldStrong cost control, scheduling, and contract management skills A degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experienceSolid owner-facing communicationThe details: $125-170k, plus benefits.
