Kitchen Staff/Cook

Job Description: Responsible for ensuring all menu items are cooked and built to Kincaid's exact specifications in a presentable and timely manner.

Responsibilities: • Properly sets-up and closes down station. • Follows cooking methods and process standards according to the Food Manual. • Complies with standard portion sizes, quality standards and ticket time requirements. • Reads bag to ensure complete and correct orders. • Communicates with kitchen team. • Ensures cook station is always stocked, clean, and neat. Clean as you go. • Adheres to all safety protocols. • Always maintains a clean and proper uniform. • Any other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements: • Stands during entire shift. • Lifts and carries cases weighing up to 30 pounds. Work schedule 8 hour shift Weekend availability Day shift Supplemental pay
