About the role

The Geriatric locum tenens opportunity in New Hampshire & VermontOptional Locations: Lebanon, NH and Bennington, VTDuration: April 2022 December 2022 (potential for extension)Schedule: Monday Friday (client would prefer M-F for 2weeks over 3 days per week every week)Shift: 8a-5pScope: Acute care Geriatric medicine hypertension/diabetes, some pre and post OPVolume: 8-12 patients a dayFacilities: LTAC, nursing home, assisted living facilities (4 total facilities)EMR: EpicRequirements: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible NH and VT license open to non-licensed candidatesVeronica ConleyPacific
