OpenAI is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to focus on non-investigative ER work, supporting high-trust, high-impact people matters in a hybrid SF environment. You will advise leaders, shape AI-enabled workflows, and build scalable ER frameworks. You will collaborate with the People Team to ensure culture, trust, and psychological safety while guiding complex employee moments with empathy and judgment.
