Job Description:
Experienced Warehouse Lead-Distribution Coordinator responsible for overseeing receiving, shipping, inventory, and distribution operations. This role serves as a dependable point of contact for warehouse activities, using sound judgment, initiative, and independent decision-making to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is flexible, able to multitask, and willing to assist coworkers in warehouse and field environments.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory, and distribution activities. Support day-to-day warehouse operations and make appropriate decisions independently. Perform computer-based tasks and data entry accurately. Handle multiple tasks while remaining flexible in assigned duties. Assist coworkers in warehouse and field environments. Promote dependable, trustworthy, and collaborative warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations High school diploma or equivalent Team leadership experience Computer skills and data-entry accuracy Experience with shipping and receiving Knowledge of safety procedures Forklift operator
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with inventory management. Experience with order fulfillment and material handling Strong decision-making and multitasking skills. Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)\nCompany
