Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities: Lead recruiting across our clinics and headquarters, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. Partner with clinic managers to identify staffing needs and plan for growth. Manage onboarding and off-boarding to ensure a smooth employee experience. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and help resolve workplace concerns. Coordinate payroll, benefits, time off, and performance reviews. Help build a positive workplace culture. Compensation Full-time: $ 90,000 to $120,000 Group health & dental insurance, 401k match, PTOsRequirements Experience in human resources, with a background in recruiting and talent acquisition. Friendly, approachable, and collaborative, with the ability to build trust across the team. Comfortable working independently and adapting to a growing company. Available to work on-site at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. Experience in healthcare, beauty, retail, or another service-based business is a plus.
