Engineering Intern: Field Oversight, Survey & GIS Drafting

The City of Champlin is seeking an Engineering Intern for a seasonal role within the Engineering Department. You will help oversee municipal and private infrastructure projects, interpreting construction plans to guide field crews and ensuring project compliance. You will prepare daily inspection reports and project documentation, conduct GPS surveying tasks, and assist with drafting and mapping using AutoCAD and ArcGIS software, while communicating with the public and City staff.
