Head of Special Education & Early Learning

HeartShare is seeking a dynamic Director of Education to ensure high-quality educational services for students with special needs. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Education and leads staff, policy implementation, and safety protocols to support an inclusive learning environment. Key duties include supervising teachers and aides, evaluating performance, developing developmentally appropriate curriculum, PBIS implementation, parent involvement, and community outreach.
