Loan Care, LLC is seeking a Client Relations Account Executive III to manage Client/Agency relationships in mortgage servicing. You will be the main contact for inquiries, monitor SLA performance, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
The role requires 5+ years in mortgage servicing, strong knowledge of GSE, HUD, VA and GNMA guides, and proven negotiation and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Travel to client sites may be required.
