Médecin du travail ou médecin collaborateur - CDG82

Job Title Located in Montauban in Tarn and Garonne (30 minutes from Toulouse), the CDG82 is a small public administrative establishment (less than 50 employees). It provides, on behalf of the local authorities and public establishments of the department, a number of advisory and assistance missions. It also offers its members the services of a Health and Safety at Work Pole, composed of a preventive physician (coordinator of the Pole), a nurse, two prevention officers (one of whom coordinates the Pole in administrative and HR matters), a temporary work psychologist and two medical secretaries. The new physician will strengthen this team and, in consultation with the coordinator physician of the Pole, will carry out the following missions: Professional medical follow-up of the agents of the local authorities adhering to the Pole, on site or in the premises of the Center; Special surveillance of personnel occupying positions at risk; Third-party visits with the other members of the multidisciplinary team; Contribution (for its part) to the annual activity report of the Pole; Participation, where appropriate, in the meetings of the CST and CHSCT; Participation in the information actions undertaken by the Pole in matters of hygiene and safety. Profile SoughtIn the absence of a competition, the physician may be recruited on a contractual basis, (CDI possible in the long term).- Graduated in occupational medicine (CES or DES) or holder of an equivalent title, or holder of a general medicine diploma: in the latter case, an alternating training in occupational medicine may be financed by the Center;- Sense of teamwork, adaptability skills, initiative spirit and analytical and listening qualities.
