Trusted.The SLA Analysis Group's mission is to deliver objective analyses, plans and strategies to US Navy, US Marine Corps, USAF, other DoD, and Australian Defence Force clients to support technology development, acquisition, delivery and sustainment decisions.The group provides the core of SPA thought leadership on Undersea Strategy, Software Development and Cost Estimating, with additional benchmark capabilities in AI/ML & Decision Analytics, Modeling and Simulation, and Future Force Assessments. SPA has a need for Enterprise Governance Analysts to support AF/A10's nuclear and NC3 governance forums. These analysts help structure information, issues, and actions so senior leaders can make informed decisions across nuclear sustainment, modernization, and command‐and‐control enterprise activities.ResponsibilitiesPrepare agendas, read‐ahead packages, talking points, and briefing materials for governance meetings and senior leader engagementsTrack issues, decisions, and action items across nuclear and NC3 forums; maintain accurate and current status informationCapture discussions and synthesize stakeholder inputs into clear summaries and decision‐support documentsCoordinate with technical, policy, and program staff to ensure issues, decisions, and actions are properly reflected and followed throughMaintain governance calendars, action trackers, knowledge bases, and document repositories to preserve context and institutional memoryQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, public policy, international relations, engineering, systems engineering, or a related field4+ years of experience in program analysis, governance support, or staff work in a headquarters, MAJCOM, joint, or enterprise IT/C2 environmentDemonstrated ability to produce clear, senior‐level briefing materials, summaries, and decision productsActive Secret or TS/SCI clearance, with comfort working on nuclear or NC3 topicsDesired QualificationsExperience supporting nuclear, NC3, NLCC, or other high‐level governance forumsFamiliarity with AF governance structures, joint governance processes, and/or the PPBE cyclePay Range InformationAt SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent.Elements of the compensation package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
