Exercise Specialist

Support Physical Therapy Operations: Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment environments; manage and sanitize patient equipment and materials in compliance with facility protocols. Deliver Guided Patient Care: Instruct and guide patients through prescribed exercise routines and therapeutic programs under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Lead Fitness & Conditioning Sessions: Conduct individualized personal training and patient exercise sessions, emphasizing proper form, execution, and safety. Demonstrate Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills: Leverage exceptional communication, listening, and multitasking abilities to provide high-quality coaching, patient care, and collaborative teamwork.
