Kitchen Crew

Duties & Responsibilities: Prepares a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and other food items for cooking in our pizza oven. Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of products served. Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion size and recipe specifications. Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, ovens, cookers, flooring, and refrigeration equipment. Assists and fulfills any requests from their prep manager or shift manager. Willing, ready, and able to help station cooks at all times. Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. Attends all scheduled team member meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. Execute any duty or task assigned by General Manager/Owner or immediate supervisor.

Qualifications: No Experience Necessary. 1 Year of kitchen experience is preferred. Be able to work in a hot and loud working environment for long periods of time. Be physically able to reach, bend and stop. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours). Be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50 pounds up to 15 times per shift.
