About the role

Job Description: An employer is seeking a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a large, dedicated-shift maintenance team in the Cincinnati area. This role will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a fast-paced food industry environment, including packaging equipment, food processing lines, mixed production equipment, ovens, and thermal systems. The employer offers paid training, cross-training opportunities, and scheduled overtime.
Responsibilities: Perform equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance on production systems. Diagnose and complete mechanical repairs involving gearboxes, bearings, valves, sprockets, motors, and related components. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, limit switches, and PLC-controlled equipment. Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Support packaging equipment, food processing lines, ovens, and thermal systems. Use hand tools and perform basic welding duties. Participate in scheduled overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with industrial equipment maintenance. PLC troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of electrical systems. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Mechanical diagnostics experience. Preventive maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting skills.
