Position Details
Setting: 100% Outpatient
Adult Medicine (18+)
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Flexible scheduling options
Call:
- No call required
- What Youll DoProvide comprehensive primary care services to patients ages 18+Conduct routine physical exams and health assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment, education, and care plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment

Qualifications
Education: NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant
Licensure: Eligible for or active Connecticut PA license
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a primary care or outpatient setting required
