Plant Manager The Plant Manager reports to the VP of Operations and will oversee all plant operations, including production, process optimization, equipment maintenance, environmental compliance, and the leadership of Production Supervisors, Technicians, and Maintenance personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations, optimizing production flow, capacity, quality, scheduling, and on-time delivery * Lead, train, develop, and manage Production Supervisors, Technicians, and Maintenance personnel while promoting accountability, employee engagement, workplace safety, and performance goals * Ensure equipment readiness and reliability through preventative maintenance programs, manage plant quality initiatives, resolve production issues, and maintain compliance with environmental regulations and wastewater requirements * Monitor key performance indicators, drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain supplier relationships and proper inventory levels, and communicate operational performance, challenges, and corrective actions Required Skills & Experience: * 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization * Experience and understanding of production systems, equipment installation projects, process optimization, etc. * Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm * Ability to manage multiple large projects Preferred Skills & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Facility Management, or related field Disclaimer: By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
