Senior HR Service Center Analyst (UKG Pro / Leave Administration)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior HR Service Center Analyst with strong UKG Pro (Kronos) experience and a deep understanding of HR operations, employee data management, and complex case resolution. This role is focused on the HR business and employee support side of UKG, not system configuration or technical administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing escalated HR cases, supporting leave administration processes, maintaining employee records, and partnering across HR, Benefits, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely resolutions. Experience with People Assist / HR Help, HR case management, and leave administration is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Leave Administration Support (U.S. & Canada)Coordinate with the Absence Management Center of Excellence (COE) and third-party leave and disability vendors. Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee status changes within the HRIS.Investigate and resolve pay, benefits, and employee data issues related to leaves of absence. Validate and support leave arrears processes. Provide support for U.S. and Canadian leave administration activities and related HR processes. Complex HR Case Resolution Serve as a senior escalation point for complex employee cases within the HR Service Center. Manage and resolve issues related to: Leaves of absence (LOA)Leave without pay (LWOP)Rehires Disability benefits Payroll discrepancies Service date corrections Employee record maintenance and data corrections Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and business stakeholders to drive issue resolution. HR Project Support Support and coordinate small- to medium-scale HR Service Center projects, including: Acquisitions and divestitures Process improvement initiatives Change management efforts Operational efficiency projects Business Analysis & Operational Support Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on initiatives impacting the HR Service Center. Evaluate impacts of changing laws, policies, regulations, and organizational priorities. Support reporting, metrics, and operational process reviews. Process Documentation & Knowledge Management Maintain and update HR Service Center procedures, knowledge articles, and process documentation. Ensure content supports a positive employee and agent experience. Promote consistency and compliance across HR operations. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Evaluate business impacts and help drive adoption of improved processes. Enhance employee experience through streamlined HR operations and service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in an HR Service Center, HR Operations, Employee Services, or related HR analyst role. Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Kronos) in one or more of the following areas: Core HRPayroll Timekeeping Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data management, and case resolution. Experience managing escalated employee issues and complex HR inquiries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of leave administration support experience, preferably within a large organization (10,000+ employees).Experience supporting Canadian employees and Canadian leave administration processes. Experience with People Assist / HR Help or similar HR case management platforms. Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms and vendor integrations, including: People Soft Other enterprise HR systems Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Hourly contract rate range of $40.00 to $45.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations. Your well-being is important to Wimmer Solutions.
