One Community Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to assist with the operation of our 340B Retail Pharmacy at our clinic in Hood River, Oregon. This role supports the pharmacy team in providing efficient and accurate medication dispensing while delivering exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, optimize 340B program benefits, and contribute to the smooth operation of the pharmacy in alignment with our patient-focused mission. This position is full-time and located at our clinic in Hood River, Oregon.
Qualifications: Current Oregon Pharmacy Technician License at the time of hire. High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting. 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. Active driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to travel between clinic locations. Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory landscape and apply it to pharmacy operations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate professionally in a diverse, multicultural environment. Effective at managing priorities and meeting deadlines in high-pressure situations. Strong commitment to compliance with operational policies and procedures. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA Security and Privacy regulations. Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service. Commitment to workplace safety. Willingness to work in a dynamic and evolving community health setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Epic Willow. College coursework in a technical or healthcare-related field. Experience in a community or migrant health center (FQHC) or other non-profit healthcare setting. Compensation
Hourly/Non-Exempt: $23.00-$23.75 per hour, increases depending on experience Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
