Soliant Health is looking for a pharmacist for a in travel assignment in Louisiana 125 bed community medical center. EPIC software. Can be contract-to-hire. Housing is covered! Details Setting: Hospital
Type: Travel Assignment
Schedule: variable days and afternoons
Duties:
Verifies physician orders and looks for therapeutic incompatibilities Consults with and advises Medical Staff to ensure optimal medication therapy regimens for patients Reconciles MARs and reviews antibiotic sensitivities Coordinates the filling and timely delivery of drugs and IV solutions from the pharmacy. Compounds, checks, supervises IV admixture per physician orders. Provides supervision and direction for pharmacy support staff.
Requirements:
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacist Excellent verbal and written communications skills Compensation Competitive Pay.
